Educational content only

All content on WeighKind — articles, hub pages, reflection prompts, planners, and our digital resources — is general educational and wellness information. It is not medical advice, nutritional advice, psychological advice, or a therapeutic service, and it is not tailored to any individual.

Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or manages any disease or condition, and nothing here should be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your history.

WeighKind is not a healthcare provider

WeighKind is not a clinic, medical practice, hospital, pharmacy, prescriber, dietetics service, therapy or counseling service, or weight-loss program. No clinician-patient or therapist-client relationship is created by reading this site, contacting us, or purchasing a digital resource.

Medication

WeighKind does not sell, supply, prescribe, source, or advise on any medication, including GLP-1 medications. We do not provide dosing information or side-effect management, and we make no claim that any medication treats conditions outside its approved use — including no claim that GLP-1 medications treat depression or any mental-health condition.

All medication questions belong with your prescribing clinician or pharmacist.

Always consult a qualified professional

Speak with a suitably qualified clinician before changing your diet, activity, supplements, medication, or health routine — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, have a current or past eating disorder, or have a diagnosed medical or mental-health condition.

If food, weight, or body-image thoughts are affecting your daily life, a licensed mental-health professional or registered dietitian is the appropriate support.

In an emergency or crisis

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately.

If you are thinking about harming yourself, please reach out now. In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In the UK and Ireland you can call Samaritans on 116 123. Elsewhere, contact your local crisis line or emergency service. Support is available, and asking for it is a reasonable thing to do.

No guarantees

WeighKind makes no promise about weight change, health outcomes, or results of any kind. Individual circumstances vary, and no digital resource can predict or control them.
