Privacy policy

The short version

WeighKind is a content website with a Shopify-powered store for digital downloads. We do not run our own account system, we do not sell personal information, and we do not ask for health information.

What we never collect

This is a deliberate design decision, not just a policy statement. No page on this site asks about, infers, or stores the following.

• Diagnoses or medical conditions.
• Medication use, including GLP-1 or any other prescription.
• Weight, body measurements, or clothing size.
• Mood, mental-health status, or eating behaviors.
• Answers to any health quiz — because we don't run one.

What we may collect

Only what is needed to operate the site and communicate with you.

• Order details you give at Shopify checkout, such as your name, email address, and billing information.
• Message content you send us voluntarily by email.
• Aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics such as page views and referrers.
• Standard technical information your browser sends with any web request, such as approximate region and device type.

Analytics

Any analytics we implement will use generic, commerce-oriented event names such as page view, product view, add to cart, begin checkout, or purchase.

We will not attach health information, page-topic sensitivity, medication references, diagnoses, or any inferred personal attribute to an analytics event, and we will not build audiences from health-adjacent behavior on this site.

Email

If you buy from us, we use your email address to send your receipt and download links. If you opt in to marketing at checkout, we may also send occasional useful content; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Order and email delivery are handled by Shopify, which stores this information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Payments and the store

Catalog, cart, checkout, customer records, discounts, and digital delivery are handled by Shopify. Card details are processed by Shopify and its payment providers and never reach WeighKind — we cannot see or store your full payment information.

Cookies

The site works without marketing cookies. If we later add analytics or advertising technology that uses cookies, we will describe it here and provide the appropriate consent controls for your region.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and you can ask us to delete the email address we hold for you. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or restrict processing of your personal information. Email us and we will action reasonable requests.

Children

WeighKind is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
