Refund & digital products policy

Availability

The WeighKind Journey System is available as an instant digital download through the WeighKind shop. This policy applies to purchases made through the WeighKind shop.

What you receive

WeighKind resources are digital files — printable and fillable planners, prompt sets, trackers, and guides. Nothing is shipped physically. Each product page states the file formats included, the page count or scope, and what the resource does and does not do before you buy.

Delivery and access

Delivery is immediate and automatic after payment. You will receive a download link by email and on the order confirmation page. If email delivery fails, check spam and promotions folders first, then contact us and we will resend your files.

Please keep a personal copy of your downloads. We will keep access available for as long as reasonably possible, but a local copy is the safest option.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final except in the circumstances listed below. We would rather answer your questions before you buy than process a refund after.

• The files are corrupt, incomplete, or will not open, and we cannot resolve the problem.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product materially differs from its description on the product page.
• You are covered by a statutory right of withdrawal in your jurisdiction that applies despite instant digital delivery.

How to request help or a refund

Email hello@weighkind.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Please do not include health information in your message — we only need the order details.

License and sharing

A purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the resource. Files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or used commercially. Sharing files is not eligible for a refund.

No outcome guarantee

WeighKind resources are educational and organizational tools. We cannot and do not guarantee any health, weight, or emotional outcome, and a refund is not available on the basis of results.

Payments and platform

Checkout, receipts, digital delivery, and customer records are handled by Shopify. Shopify's own terms and its payment-provider terms apply alongside this policy.
