Who may use WeighKind

WeighKind is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Content is written in English for a general international audience and may not reflect the guidance or regulations of every country.

Educational use, not advice

All content is general education. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological, or legal advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Please read the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms, and consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances.

You are responsible for how you apply anything you read here. WeighKind makes no guarantee of any outcome.

Intellectual property

The WeighKind name, wordmark, written content, designs, and digital resources are owned by WeighKind and protected by copyright and trade-mark law.

You may read, print, and share links to our articles for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or use our content to train commercial machine-learning systems without written permission.

Future digital resources

When digital resources become available, each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the resource yourself. Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing files is not permitted. Commercial and team licensing may be offered separately.

Purchases, delivery, and support for digital resources will be handled through Shopify. Those transactions will also be subject to Shopify's terms as the platform provider.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape or copy content at scale, or bypass technical restrictions.
• Misrepresent WeighKind, or imply endorsement, affiliation, or medical authority we do not have.

We link to external sources for verification and further reading, and we use third-party services such as Shopify to operate checkout and digital delivery. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeighKind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
